Amerah Ames is a small child who doesn’t know anything. Since 2014, she has performed comedy all around Utah for crowds including her reflection in a puddle she once saw while waiting for the train. JAY & SILENT BOB
Cinema icon Jason Mewes is best known as the potty-mouthed vocal half of Jay and Silent Bob, the on- screen comedic duo who first appeared in Kevin Smith’s seminal 1994 indie film Clerks. Mewes would reprise the character five more times on the big screen from 1995 to 2006, becoming a sort of James Bond of mid-90’s low budget film—a fast talking, foul-mouthed, over-sexed but ultimately harmless and likable guy. Bugs Bunny with a boner.
When not making movies, Mewes is buried balls-deep in new media as co-owner of SModCo, the multi- headed multi-media monster that started with SModcast. Jason also takes active roles behind and in front of the camera in the forthcoming Yoga Hosers.
But it’s in the insanely popular award-winning podcast Jay & Silent Bob Get Old where Mewes truly shines. For nearly two years, in what’s been described as “Lake Wobegon days with anal jokes”, Jason has told the story of his tumultuous life on stage every week – initially at the 50 seat SModcastle theater in Los Angeles and now in packed theaters around the globe. His sold out UK tour spawned the home video Jay & Silent Bob Get Old: Teabagging in the UK, and the sold out Australia tour yielded the Epix special Jay & Silent Bob Go Down Under.

JOE CARL ABOUSAKHER
Joe Carl Abousakher is a Los Angeles based stand up comedian and producer who really hates writing these blurbs about himself. Some would say he’s too dashing to be a comic, but his obese childhood would say otherwise.
He grew up in a multi-cultural household (half Palestinian-Arab, half Country Bumpkin-White) in the middle of nowhere – McEwen, Tennessee. He raised sheep and chickens there. He killed a lot of those sheep (for food, not fun), and ate all the unborn babies of those chickens (laypeople call these eggs). Because of this insane mix of cultures in his life, along with the fact that he’s spent most of his 20s as a husband and step father – his comedy brings a unique perspective to audiences across the country.
He was a semifinalist on NBC’s Stand Up Diversity Showcase in 2016, and he will be competing in the finals of The Funniest Comic In LA show at The IceHouse Comedy Club in February 2017 [WILL BE UPDATED SOON]. Travis is a comedian who is making a name for himself in the comedy scene because of his slightly different outlook on life. He has been a husband and father for literally his entire adult life. Although he has done the best he can, fatherhood has been one “We’ll laugh about this later” moment after another.
His comedy is self-deprecating, insightful, clever, and most of all, funny. He examines marriage, parenting, geek culture, years of playing sports, his own character flaws, as well as his own arrested development. His stand-up is meant to make people laugh at the ridiculousness of life and the people who live it.
Travis has entertained crowds at clubs and theaters all throughout the West. He has worked with comedians Carlos Mencia, Tom Green, Steve Byrne, The Sklar Brothers, Tommy Johnagin, Dave Coulier, Jamie Kennedy, Nate Bargatze, Pablo Fransisco, Gary Gulman, Yannis Pappas, Bert Kreischer, Dwayne Perkins, Jackie Kashian, Lisa Landry, Cash Levy, Ryan Hamilton, and Lachlan Patterson.Travis has been a part of the Rocky Mountain Laugh Off, Salt Lake Comedy Festival, Idaho Laugh Fest, and The Golden Spike Comedy and Podcast Festival. He has also be on rooftopcomedy.com, NickMom.com, X96 Radio From Hell, Utah Arts Festival, Salt Lake Comic Con, FanX, and has been a featured artist on indi.com.
